Team System Engineering Group (TSEG)

The Team System Engineer Group is made up of all Team System Engineers from the cluster . At the Cluster level, it corresponds to the role of the Working Team.

The Team System Engineer Group with the Cluster System Engineer is responsible for the technology and architecture within the product development at the Cluster / system level .

Together with the Cluster System Engineer , the Team System Engineer Group has the following tasks:

  • Creation and maintenance of common architectures within the systems and applications of the cluster
  • Create the architecture roadmap of the cluster
  • Analysis and estimation of systems, applications & features, especially those that are developed across teams
  • Creation of technical and architecture-relevant work packages from systems, applications & features
  • Interlocking with the Team Backlog Refinements in the teams
  • With the teams within the cluster: coordination, definition and support for …
    • Design decisions
    • Test automation and test management
    • Versioning and release process

    • Defect management
    • Security
    • common standards for engineering tools, data storage, documentation, common models, release notes)
  • Coordination of architectural changes by the teams

    • Defense and “keeping clean” of the architecture
