Sie wird auch als Portfolio-Ebene bezeichnet. Alle Arbeiten der Organisation sind im <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/portfoliobl\/\">Portfolio-Backlog<\/a> mit gr\u00f6\u00dftm\u00f6glicher Transparenz dargestellt.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Organisationen\u00a0 (\u00fcber 100-150 Personen) werden in unterschiedliche Sub-Organisationen aufgegliedert, die im P4-Framework <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/rclusterlevel\/\"><strong>Cluster<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0genannt werden. Die Cluster verantworten entweder verschiedenen Systeme, verschiedene Zielm\u00e4rkte oder unterschiedlicher Anwendungen.<\/p>\n<p>Durch Skalierung der Scrum-Rollen auf der Organisations-Ebene gibt es &#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>den <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/portfolioowner\/\">Portfolio-Owner (PFO)<\/a> als Vertreter der <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/clusterpogroup\/\">Cluster-Product-Owner-Gruppe (CPOG)<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>den <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/portfolioarch\/\">Portfolio-Architekt (PFA)<\/a> mit der <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/sysarchgroup\/\">Cluster-System-Engineer-Gruppe (CSEG)<\/a> und<\/li>\n<li>den <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/organisationsm\/\">Organisation-Scrum-Master (OSM)<\/a> als Vertreter der <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/csmgroup\/\">Cluster-Scrum-Master-Gruppe (CSMG)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der PFO, der OSM und der PFA bilden den <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/org-management\/\">Management-Kreis f\u00fcr die gesamte Organisation<\/a> (siehe auch \u00fcbern\u00e4chstes Kapitel).<\/p>\n<h2>Rollen &amp; Gruppen<\/h2>\n<p>Um die Zusammenarbeit zu organisieren werden, zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Clustern, verschiedene Gruppen gebildet, die die drei unterschiedlichen Verantwortungsbereiche regeln. Die Gruppen werden nach dem <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/p4-principles#ueberlappung\"><strong>Prinzip der \u00dcberlappung<\/strong><\/a> aus Mitgliedern der Cluster gebildet. Um diese Doppelzugeh\u00f6rigkeit klar zu regeln, werden die Arbeitszeiten f\u00fcr die Arbeit in der Gruppe zentral festgelegt. Es gibt von vornherein eine eindeutige Vereinbarung, wann und wie lange die Gruppe zusammenarbeitet (<a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/year\/\">Cadence<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Entsprechend der drei Verantwortungsbereiche gibt es folgende Gruppen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Market und Business: Die <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/clusterpogroup\/\">Cluster-Product-Owner-Gruppe<\/a> mit dem <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/clusterpogroup\/\">Portfolio-Owner<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Technologie und Architektur: Die <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/sysarchgroup\/\">Cluster-System-Engineer-Gruppe<\/a> mit dem <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/portfolioarch\/\">Portfolio-Architekten<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Prozesse, Infrastruktur und Kultur: Die <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/csmgroup\/\">Cluster-Scrum-Master-Gruppe<\/a> mit dem <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/portfoliosm\/\">Organisations-Scrum-Master<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Management-Kreis der Organisation<\/h2>\n<p>Der Portfolio-Owner, der Portfolio-Architekt und der Organisations-Scrum-Master bilden den <a href=\"http:\/\/v2.p4-dev.com\/org-management\/\"><strong>Management-Kreis der Organisation<\/strong><\/a>. Sie unterst\u00fctzen und erg\u00e4nzen sich bei der Entscheidungsfindung von Themen, die auf ihre Ebene reichen, bzw. von einer der drei Gruppen an sie eskaliert wurden. Durch dieses Konstrukt werden &#8220;einsame Einzelentscheidungen&#8221; effektiv unterbunden, da Entscheidungen vorher aus allen drei Richtungen beleuchtet und diskutiert werden.<\/p>\n<h2>Worksflows &amp; Value Streams<\/h2>\n<p>Teams und Cluster, die innerhalb der Organisation arbeiten, liefern sich h\u00e4ufig gegenseitig Teilergebnisse und Zwischenprodukte zu. Um dies f\u00fcr alle transparent zu machen, beschreiben &#8220;Value Stream Maps&#8221; die unterschiedlichen Verantwortungsbereich und Lieferobjekte. Hierzu verwendet das P4-Framework die SIPOC-Beschreibung aus der klassischen Organisationsentwicklung.
