The O<\/span><\/span>rganization Scrum Master<\/span><\/span><\/strong> is part of the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Cluster Scrum Master Group<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0 and is responsible for the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>infrastructure and processes<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> \u00a0at the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>organizational level<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> \u00a0, ie the entire product development.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Organization Scrum Master forms <\/span>\u00a0the\u00a0 <\/span>management of the entire Organization<\/span><\/a> together with the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Portfolio architect<\/span><\/span><\/a> \u00a0and the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Portfolio Owner<\/span><\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The OSM ensures that the teams within the Organization <\/span>\u00a0can work optimally <\/span>across all\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>clusters<\/span><\/span><\/a> . <\/span>Together with the organization’s\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Cluster Scrum Masters<\/span><\/span><\/a> \u00a0(CSM), he ensures an optimal workflow between the Clusters by solving disabilities and problems that arise in the collaboration of the Clusters. <\/span>To this end, he organizes and moderates the Organization Retrospective and heads the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Cluster Scrum Master Group<\/span><\/span><\/a> , in which the CSMs exchange ideas in order to optimize the working conditions and workflow within the Organization.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
